Wonderful Hospitality and Clean Rooms

I had a fantastic time during my stay! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and remembered my name, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and spotless, with all the amenities I needed. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, which were fresh and tasty. The only drawback was some minor noise from nearby rooms at night, but it didn't significantly disrupt my stay.

Had an awesome time with friends! We checked out Theater Albany and wandered around the Albany Municipal Auditorium. The hotel was super clean, and the breakfast hit the spot. The outdoor pool was well-maintained and just what we needed after lots of exploring!

One downside was the towels. They were a bit thin, so ask for extra.

The lobby's warm fireplace and colorful decor made it feel so inviting, perfect for us seniors. It was easy to navigate, granting us a feeling of comfort that wasn't just for the young folks.

More grab bars in the shower would help seniors.

the bathroom floor was a bit dirty (could use a scrub) but the breakfast options were great (loved the make-your-own waffles! ) and the rooms were big (lots of space! ). enjoyed the fast internet too! !

Our King Room was clean, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air with an open window, and ample parking was a plus. While the breakfast had hot food options, an increase in fresh fruit like berries would enhance the selection. The need for more grab bars in the shower would benefit those needing additional safety features.

The queen room was clean with awesome lighting options and pretty shades. Felt super cozy and comfy, like home.

Must stay for a relaxing night

I had a night here and let me tell ya. I got to know a couple of them real quick, especially Alicia at the front desk, she's not just nice, she's something else, always remembering my name. And the breakfast? Hot, fresh, and a good variety. I took my time and they never rushed me, just like they gave me that little extra.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but worth it for the comfort.
